Quick post
One of the harder things about 21 Day fix for me has been less juice (since you can have some juice in place of carbs) and no soda. I did an experiment with some water, frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries! I put them in a water bottle and in the fridge for about a day. I drained the fruit out and then drank the juice! I did add some stevia in it for sweeter taste but that is totally optional!!

21 Day Fix Results Update
I am really starting to see more results in my second "round" of the 21 Day Fix. My clothes fit better. I don't feel my love handles sticking out as far. I have more energy. Especially after the workouts. The work outs are still challenging for me after only completing 21 Day Fix one time. In the third week of the 21 Day Fix there is a "doubles" option. Which means instead of just doing one 30 minute video you complete two 30 minute videos. There is one day though where you just do one 30 minute video with the 10-minute Ab Fix video which is a little shorter. That was my first time doing the 10-minute ab video. I have probably lost a total of 9 lbs in 4 weeks. I have to admit while I did do the eating plan close to perfect I did have some social events that prevented it a little bit.
I have always been athletic since I was a little girl. I played soccer year round since I was 6-years old. When I finished high school and was more interested in boys and having a social life I gave up soccer. I was used to eating what ever I wanted, especially carbs! I loved carbs I could eat spaghetti whenever I wanted because I ran all the time! I was always playing soccer! After I stopped playing soccer I still continued to eat whatever I wanted and that is when my weight gain started. I never really seriously tried to lose weight until now. Why? Well because I am 29 years old now and I am engaged to get married in three months. It is not really so much for the wedding and how I will look in my wedding dress but because we will be ready to try to have kids soon. I really do not want my body to be in worse shape when that happens. My goal really is to get my weight down to the appropriate weight for my height. So that when I do have children it will be easier for me to get back to my appropriate weight.

Shakeology
I have to say the easiest Shakeology recipe so far is:
- 1/2 Banana (1 Purple)
- 1 Green of spinach
- 8 oz of water or almond milk
- ice to taste
This recipe keeps me full for about two hours until I have my "breakfast" after that I will eat either 1 yellow of oatmeal with some cinnamon and some sweetener. I also sometimes will have 2 hard boiled eggs that counts as 1 red.

21 Day Fix Review
I started the 21 Day Fix in May. May 19th to be exact. I technically started on May 18th on the "Eating Plan". But not the workouts. Anyways, the first few weeks were pretty difficult to getting used to eating healthier meals. I was barely eating vegetables before and sometimes I would eat fruits. I know that I definitely ate too many carbohydrates! I have suffered with IBS for over 10 years. I also ordered the 21 Day Fix with Shakeology. This was a great option for me especially since I am NOT a morning person and I work 7:00am-4:00pm most days. I really did not expect to feel as much energy as I did when I started Shakeology. It was more than coffee! I have never been much of a coffee drinker. Just occasionally.
I started this program with my Mom for the first two weeks but then she took a two week vacation to Hawaii! It was definitely more fun doing the workouts with another person. Also the cooking! Sometimes she would cook or I would cook some nights. Provided a break for me. Especially since I am a beginning cook! I ended up making two of the salad dressings from the 21 Day Fix Book itself.
So what makes 21 Day Fix so great is that each food group has its own color-coded containers. Depending on your start weight when you start the program it allows for a certain amount of containers each day. I try to plan out my meals to eat every two hours. I also try to eat proteins in the morning to keep me full for longer. Eating carbohydrates and fruits before 6:00pm

This is a picture of an example of some ground turkey tacos I made! They were easy and a great way to hide your greens!
