Quick post

One of the harder things about 21 Day fix for me has been less juice (since you can have some juice in place of carbs) and no soda. I did an experiment with some water, frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries! I put them in a water bottle and in the fridge for about a day. I drained the fruit out and then drank the juice! I did add some stevia in it for sweeter taste but that is totally optional!!
